William T. Dymond, Eddy Moratin and Sandy Hostetter Honored With Economic and Community Involvement Award By CREW Orlando For Their Work With LIFT Orlando

This past week William T. Dymond, Eddy Moratin & Sandy Hostetter were honored with the Economic and Community Involvement Award for their work on behalf of LIFT Orlando, Inc. at this year’s CREW Orlando Celebration of Champions Gala. This award honors CREW Network members who played a pivotal role in a real estate project that had a significant and measurable positive impact on the community.

LIFT Orlando formed in 2012 in order to leverage the reconstruction of the Citrus Bowl, to bring new life to the surrounding communities, and to ensure the current residents are able to benefit from the positive change. The nonprofit organization brings together business leaders and residents of the neighborhoods surrounding the Citrus Bowl, in a unique collaboration, to help accelerate the community’s transformation. The approach is a holistic one, addressing education, mixed-income housing, community health and wellness, and long-term economic viability – all necessary for a neighborhood to thrive.

Locals can count on Eola Eyes to provide the most current optical technology and fashions, as well as the best customer service and award-winning doctors.

Phil Kean CCor
Glass walls, clean lines, and large spaces dedicated to indoor and outdoor living are just some of the recognizable features you will find in a Phil Kean home. Having designed residences for over 30 years, the company has been turning dreams into houses all over the world and is dedicated to making Central Florida more unique and breathtaking – home by home.

In its star-studded portfolio such as Phil Kean’s, it must be difficult to achieve the crown gem that tops them all. However, this year, the Sloane house in Orlando does just that. Earlier this month, the Sloane house won multiple awards at the Southeast Building Conference including “Best of Show” and “Best of State.” Not only is it spectacular in design, but it has also won a gold level certification from the National Green Building Standard certification program. The owner firmly believes that building green doesn’t mean spending more, and he hopes to someday build a house with net zero energy consumption.

We love to hear about client success stories, and when we read about Paitoon Ratanasirintrawoot in this NBC feature article, we grew excited about his many contributions and advancements in the world of animation. Paitoon, who is currently the concept design director and project producer for ITEC Entertainment, has worked on more than 300 products for clients such as Warner Brothers Consumer Products, Marvel, and Hasbro. He also has worked for theme park and gaming industry clients such as Universal Creative Studios, Walt Disney Entertainment, and Electronic Arts. The youngest of five boys, Paitoon grew up in Bangkok. His family worked in the medical, finance and business field. Paitoon loved to draw, paint, and build models, and chose a different path in life – the arts.

Paitoon’s eldest brother was a doctor working in Hawaii. Paitoon’s first step into the world abroad was moving to Honolulu and enrolling in English and design courses. He then attended the Columbus College of Art and Design, graduating in 1993 as the school’s Outstanding Senior in Industrial Design. From there, Walt Disney Feature Animation tracked him down and offered him an animation role in the Lion King—and the rest is history. Since that initial film, he has worked on 8 other feature Disney films including Tarzan, Mulan, and Beauty and the Beast. He left Disney in 2002 to open his own design consulting company, where he has worked with clients such as Warner Brothers, Marvel, and Hasbro to design toys and other consumer products.

Immigration attorneys Teresa Finer and Natalia Gove could not be more proud of Paitoon, and are honored to have assisted him with his US citizenship. We celebrate our client Paitoon Ratanasirintrawoot!
